• Non collected parcels will be charged extra costs to the customer. A minimum charge of 15€.
• Orders can be delivred to your mailbox. So make sure your name is written on the delivery adress. If the postal service can't deliver due to missing information you will be charged extra costs. A minimum of 5€.

Refund terms

By swedish consumer recomendations as we follow, we give you 30 days full refund if not pleased with your products.
 
Shipping back to Jernhest will be paid by the customer and will not be refunded. If you like to make a change or get a refund please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible
